Christmas merchandise available from Information Tent
Park closes at 3.00pm for set up.  
Gates open at 5.00pm
No entry or pass-outs will be permitted after 9.15pm

Carols by Candlelight is an alcohol and smoke free event

What you can bring to Carols
  • Your Carols booklet (in The Examiner on Friday before the event)
  • Cash (No EFTPOS available)
  • Appropriate clothing for weather conditions
  • Low fold-out beach chairs, picnic blankets, cushions
  • Personal picnic food (not for resale), picnic hampers, small skies
  • Restricted use of glass containers
What you cannot bring to Carols
  • Elevated seating
  • Bicycles
  • Professional distribution or recording devices
  • Alcohol and illicit substances
  • Animals (seeing eye and assistance dogs are permitted)
  • Hawking, selling, offer or display of any items will not be permitted unless by prior approval of the Committee
  • Firecrackers, flares, explosives, flammable liquids, lasers/laser pointers, weapons, candles with flames or any other items that could impede safety
**Included but not limited to the above: Venue security have the right to conduct random bag searches and refuse entry of items/patrons, as necessary.
